Driveaway trucking is a different way to put your commercial driving experience to work. Instead of hauling a trailer full of freight, driveaway drivers deliver the truck itself, moving new and used commercial vehicles from manufacturers, dealers, and fleets to where they need to go.

Driveaway Driver Requirements

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license
  • 21 years of age or older
  • 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 5 years
  • No DUI, felonies, or Clearinghouse violations in the previous 5 years
  • Able to pass a Federal DOT physical and drug screen
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last 5 years
