01:30 Well, today is Thanksgiving, and we’ve got a special treat queued up for our drivers. Some of them in particular, specific ones. We gave our dispatchers here at Norton Transport an opportunity to share a few words of praise and gratitude for the drivers they work with, and they were more than eager to do so. So, I’m going to step aside now and welcome our dispatchers as they elevate and celebrate the drivers in their own words. Hey, happy Thanksgiving. My name’s Casey and I work in the recruiting department. Our drivers are so good to this company and without them we wouldn’t have the goods and deliveries and everything that we need for the holiday season. Thank you guys so much.
02:14 Hi there everybody. My name is AJ Ayala. I’m a dispatcher here at Norton. In my 10 years experience working in the logistics, I know that that drivers are always essential to the logistics industry. So, as to the bottom of my heart, thank you all for doing what you are doing.
02:34 Hey, my name’s Carson and I am a team lead in dispatch and I would just like to take the time to say thank you to all of my awesome drivers. We really do appreciate everything that y’all do for us as a company and even just for me in general. I’d like to give one special shout out to one of my top drivers Robert Reagan. He is the definition of awesome. He is always willing to help out us, like Norton as a company, but one thing in particular about Robert is he is always willing to go above and beyond to help out newer drivers with things that he just has so much knowledge in. And he’s always willing to share and go above and beyond to give them the help they need.
03:30 Okay. My name is Hunter. I work in the onboarding department. So, I get the opportunity to work with brand new drivers to the company. Drivers who are new to driving in general and drivers who have been doing it for all their life. So, to all the drivers, new and old, thank you very much and happy Thanksgiving. With Thanksgiving coming up, I just wanted to reach out to a couple drivers, actually all of our drivers, and really just say how much we appreciate you here at Norton Transport. My name is Diamond. I just want to say thank you so much. Couple names I want to drop. Some of the top drivers for me that really go above and beyond would be Antonio Blake, Julio Tovar, Stacy Keech, and Trese Kohl’s. And especially James Goff as well. You guys are great. And the rest of the team. You guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work. I hope you know how much we appreciate you. Thank you so much for everything you do.

So, it was a whole new experience for me. I had this one driver, Loren Lorenza. He actually won driver of the year. Pretty much did pretty much trained me if you want to put it that way. Showed me, you know, hey, I like my loads going this way or I like these type or I like to go to this state or I like to come from this state. And that pretty much showed me how to deal with every other driver as well. So, shout out to Lorenzo, man. I appreciate him a lot, man. So thankful for that because the drivers is really what makes our industry every day. Without the drivers nothing would get moved.
